Since I started my Healthy Lifestyle journey almost 6 years ago, I have become truly passionate about Nutrition and cooking. I believe that fresh and clean food is the only fuel human body needs to function properly. Eating healthy is not a diet, it means having a balanced eating habits. We have to learn to listen our body and learn to understand what it really needs. There is big difference of what your body says and what your brain says, when it comes to nutrition and cravings. Having right eating habits means supporting your body with all the necessary nutrients. My food philosophy is supporting plant based diet, green smoothies, super foods and everything else what mother earth gives to us. It is important to remove artificial and processed products/ingredients from our kitchen to become healthy.
