Superfoods what should be in your kitchen

Superfoods are the most Powerful foods what we can have in the kitchen. These foods have high nutrition value and provide your body with different minerals and vitamins.

I want to share some of my favorite superfoods what everybody should have in their kitchen. Try to include these superfoods into your daily diet and see the changes what they make. I guarantee your body will feel better, you have more energy and it will also have a positive effect on your outer look.

Sweet Potatoes- rich with Vitamin A and C what are good for your skin. Also filled with Calcium and Potassium.

Berries- Great sources for fiber. Blueberries are good for your memory, Raspberries have anti-cancer properties and Strawberries have more than enough of Vitamin C. And lets not forget the most powerful ones Acai Berries.

Chia Seeds- One of the most powerful seeds on this earth. Full of fiber, protein, omega 3, magnesium, calcium and antioxidants.

Coconut Oil– Is something truly amazing what I use everyday. Coconut Oil boosts immunity and metabolism, reduces risk of cancer and heart disease.
