Why we should eat more Almonds!

Almonds have been my number one favorites for many years. They should be part of everyones daily routine, because of their great health benefits. They are so much more powerful than any other nuts. Almonds are packed with nutrients like Vitamin E, calcium, phosphorous, iron, magnesium, zinc, selenium and copper. Almonds are usually eaten raw and can be added to salads or used in baking. Almonds are great with granola or oats for breakfast. Also Almonds are used for Almonds oil what is great for skin and hair, but my own favorite is homemade Almond milk what is one of the most delicious plant based milks to use in smoothies or while cooking.

Good For Your Heart-Reduce heart disease and heart attack risk. Also Almonds have important part when people are trying to reduce cholesterol, what plays a major role in heart health.

Strong Bones and Teeth- Along with many other vitamins and minerals, also Phosphorous is one of them. It helps build strength and durability of bones and teeth. Also prevents osteoporosis.

Part of Weight Loss-Almonds are great source of fiber, protein and healthy fats. It helps you feel full for longer and takes away cravings and need to snack. Fiber will boost you digestion and healthy fats in Almonds will actually help you burn fat. Also Almonds help to prevent constipation.

Skin Care- Healthy and nutritious fats in Almonds are great for skin. Almond milk and Almond oil is often used in beauty products like soaps, lotions and shampoos.

Strengthening Immune System-Almonds are great source for Alkali materials, also Almonds are filled with Vitamin E what is a powerful antioxidant . It helps to eliminate free radicals, so it has a big part of helping strengthening immune system.

Against Diabetes- Eating Almonds helps regulate absorption and processing of glucose, making the entire process smoother and safer.

Boost Energy-Minerals in Almonds helps energy production and metabolic rate. They are great to snack when you are on the go!

Help provide Brain Function- As I mentioned before that Almonds are filled with necessary nutrients, which have a big part of the development and function of human brain. Riboflavin and L-carnitine are necessary for our brain activity. Almonds should be part of every kids daily snack, to provide them proper brain development.
