The Secret of Heavenly Hair!

As a model my hair gets damaged a lot and there is not much I can do about it on the photo shootings. But there are several ways how I can take care of my hair in the natural way just to keep them alive, healthy and strong.

Its not just that being a model affects my hair, but also there are so many other ways how your hair can get damaged. So its important to give your best to take care of  hair.

Keep control with washing your hair too much, be gentle with drying your hair and also you have to take care how to brush your hair. All kind of strong heat from curling and flat irons can destroy your hair, especially when they are used with too much hair spay. Also wearing a ponytail too often, coloring and not getting a proper haircut from professional will do some damage to your hair. Keep Your lifestyle stress free, because stress and being under pressure have also huge affects on your hair!

I have colored my hair only twice in my life and right now I dont feel like doing it ever again(even that sometimes I wonder how awesome I would look with blond hair). But I will stick to my thing and have this natural dark blond- light brown hair. Actually I am pretty proud of the hair I have. Even that i have had problems with hair loss and broken tips I still know that I am pretty blessed. Through my issues with my hair I have learned a lot what can help you and what won’t.

So what can we do to keep our hair flawless?  To keep our hair shiny we have to go back to the start, like everything else also our hair health depends on what we eat. Healthy eating habits are the base of everything and this is the reason why I keep on repeating the importance of it!
