Slim down butt workout

I past few weeks I have got a lot of messages and question on Formspring about how to lose weight from hips. Weather is getting warmer and also the time to wear mini skirts and bikinis aint very far. Its perfect time to start working out again and focusing how to achieve that Beach Body!

The Best way how to lose weight is Cardio and Cardio have so many ways. Everybody can find their own favorites. You have to enjoy your workout and you should not force yourself to do something what your body dont feel comfortable to do. Workout have to be Pleasure!

So what about Cardio? Cardio is amazing way how to keep your whole body in shape. It keeps your muscles toned while burning a good amount of fat. Find the best way for you from Spinning, Cycling, Elliptical, Swimming, Running, Walking and Jump Rope. Doing cardio at least 3 times a week and eating healthy with good diet, you can see your result really soon!

I personally love to Power Walk, at least 3-4 times a week 45-90 minutes. I walk witha round 7mph. Its so enjable while I have my music on and just close my self into my own world. Its so important that you dont let any body to disturb you while you enjoy your own time.

My Personal Workout Tip

Get out there! We have all kind of opportunities to workout indoors, but nothing is better than to have a workout outdoors. Go out to the nature, have a breath of fresh air. You dont need to drive out of town to get to the seaside or the forest. Even when you live in the city, go and have your workout in the park. Walk, Run or Cycle! Also in the summer go to the seaside or lake and have a swim. Forget about the indoors! If its still cold for you then get a good workout gear, but weather is never excuse to not workout!
