I hope you all have had a Lovely week! Spring is only few days away and I can say that my body is feeling that! Latley I have been craving for something fresh all the time. Is it some VitaminBomb Fruits or just freshly pressed Veggie/Fruit juice! Probably my body is waking up from the winter.

I hope my this week Workout post for helpful for you and also Im Happy if I got You Inspired with Inspiration Thursday!

In this post I want to share some links with Delicious Recipes what I have found in past week! -Vanilla Bean Raw Granola (Im not a huge fan of Granola, but this Granola Recipe is Amazing. It have all the nessecary ingredients for Healthy Breakfast. Good amount of Fiber, natural sweeteners like Dates and Honey and one of the greatest spice Cinnamon! Perfect start for the day) -Ginger Grapefruit Curd (Can a Sweet bite get Healthier?) -Hot Skillet Salad (I love salads and especially for lunch. Salad is such a small word for such a rich thing. Salad is not just green leaves. Salad can be made of whatever. With every little change you are creating something new. This salad caught my eye! It seems really light, but actually when you start looking the ingredients there you can find out its pretty filling for lunch. Im obsessed trying out different salad recipes and different versions, but this is something what I havent done yet and totally in my must to do list in this Spring) -Beet Salad with Jicama, Avocado and Oranges( As my blog regular readers know that I am The Biggest Beet fan on earth. From my own Recipes you can find all kind of different ways how to prepair Delicious Beet dish(Salads, Soups,Juice, Chips etc) I never havent used Jicama and Avocado in the Beet salad and when Im starting to think of that I can be sure it tastes so Yummy. Im scared that this salad will be my hit thing in comin Summer. So light and Healthy, what more can we ask for Great lunch?) -Eggplant Vegetable Roll Ups (Another example what shows how easy is to make a Delicious dinner without going crazy in kitchen mess. You can enjoy it full Vegan or add some nice lean meat like Chicken or Duck) -Spicy Vegetable Soup -Apricot Grapefruit Toffee (Just Yummmy!!! Cant wait to get my new blender and try these out. This is what Im always telling, Vegan recipes are ten times more appetizing and they always inglude only Healthy and daily nessecary ingredients. I love recipes what are so Delicious without having any sweeteners or including some ingredients from what our bodys dont get anything needed!) -Lavender & Honey Raw “Cheese” Cake (Is it a Celebration or just Friends are coming over, a great hostess always have a cake/pie/dessert on the table. I always keep my desserts and sweets low on calories and I prefer them as flour free as possible. Here is an example of Tasty treat for Great end of the dinner party or brunch with friends. Delicious “Cheese” Cake can be something super Healthy, can be Vegan and can be totally Fat-Free)


The Reasons Why It Is So Important To Follow Your Dreams


The secret of living is giving, if you follow your dreams then you will have something worth sharing with others, hope, inspiration and a meaning to live, and that to me, is a great contribution.

Chasing your dreams will develop your courage. Courage is your fuel to achieve amazing success in life, follow your dreams and exercise courage. In sure enough time you will be unstoppable.

There is a reason why as kids we loved magic and dreams. Stop chasing your dreams and you will forget how it feels to live hopeful and young.

Great dreamers grow to be independent, learning that they can make a difference all by themselves.

Dreams can distract you from the negative events in life. You will weigh up what is more important, your dreams or the drama. Drama seems obsolete when you are passionate about following your dreams.

 It gives you something to share and inspire your kids with, you have led by example that anything is possible when you put your mind to it.

Through accomplishing your dreams you will come to appreciate the experience of failure and know that failure is just part of success and that it wasn’t really all that bad as it was all worth it in the end.

Regret is a terrible thing, and a dream is powerful enough to bring you regret if you don’t take the chance to at least follow it.

Because you are never too old to dream. Age means nothing when we know what we want.

You become an interesting person, you show others you have meaning, direction and purpose.

The unknown of following your dreams may spark a little fear, this is okay though because a little fear is known to make you feel more alive.

It is fun proving the world wrong, so why would you follow the status quo?

 The more you chase and accomplish your dreams the more the lines of the boundaries that the world puts in front of us fade, as we learn that any and everything is possible.

When you accomplish your dream, you are the first to see it happen. You can share your accomplishments with the rest of the world but you where there in the front row on a single chair to experience the magic that unfolded.

Your dreams have no limits, you are the creator of your dreams, big or small. When this is understood, you are able to design a way to favour you plan and accomplish your end goal.

 A dream is strong enough to define you, once accomplished you prove to others they have no say in who you can and can’t be.

    Niiiii tore, et selliseid põnevaid retsepte lugejatega jagad! Ise üritan ka parajasti tervislikumalt toituda ning tahaks midagi huvitavamat valmistada, kui lihtsalt ahjuköögiviljad (mis on samuti ülihead, aga mulle meeldib uusi retsepte katsetada). Ja su postitusi on alati nii mõnus lugeda, sest oled nii positiivselt elu suhtes meelestatud, see on nii innustav :)

    • Suurimad tänud ja seda kõike on nii hea kuulda!
      Mu eesmärk ongi näidata, et tervislik toitumine ei ole ainult köögiviljad ja tegelikult on nii palju just huvitavaid ja uusi võimalusi mida nautida. Söögi tegemine tuleb põnevaks teha! Tervisliku toitumise maailm on nii kirju ja seda kõike on nii põnev avastada!
      Kuna maailm meie ümber on tänapäeval suhteliselt hall siis kes muu seda rõõmsamaks teeb kui mitte meie ise :) Positiivne ellu suhtumine ja Hea tuju on algus kõigele meie elus!!
